All shipping is done via USPS or FedEx. Shipping Costs will vary according to package weight. Buyer will be given an estimate of shipping upon confirmation of the order. I will do my best to charge only the exact cost of shipping. Once the order AND shipping costs have been approved, the order will then be processed. I do not charge for styro box or heat packs where necessary and will provide these as a part of the shipping charge.

LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEED (This means fish/corals are guaranteed to be alive upon receipt in box, and does not apply to losses experienced later on). Someone must be available to recieve and sign for the delivery. Shipments left out in the elements for an undertermined period of time cannot be guaranteed. I will not ship sick or weak livestock. I only ship healthy, well-acclimated fish/corals to ensure a positive experience for both you and your new acquisition. During summer months, I can ship by USPS Priority (2-3 day service). I do not advise this for corals. This is done at the buyer's risk; no guarantee on live arrival can be offered. In colder areas, I hope you will understand that I cannot guarantee live arrival where daytime temperatures are below 20F, or nighttime lows are below 15F. I rarely have issues, even in these conditions, but I hope you can understand that this is a shipping risk that I cannot control, though I will do my best to ensure our animals arrive safely. I will not be responsible for courier related delays or losses. Such claims must be made with the courier. All DOA’s must be reported within 2 hours of receipt of shipment or no credit may be issued. DOA’s will either be replaced where possible or credited to account towards next order. In the unlikely and unfortunate case where a death should occur during shipping, I would ask that you please retain the body and wait for instructions. I may need verification of the dead fish/coral (digital pic or the body itself). Shipping charges are not covered under the guarantee policy as these costs cannot be recovered and are not part of cost of the corals. In the event of replacment shipping, the costs of shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Orders must be prepaid in full via Paypal (through which I can now accept credit card payments) or Money Orders. Please also be aware that it is my policy for both ease and accuracy to ship to the address given in Paypal. If you wish to make alternate arrangements, please either enter a new address into your Paypal profile, or include the desired address in the notes of your Paypal payment.
